Objects of Attention
ZAZ Performance Festival, Tel Aviv, 2020.
Lewisham Arthouse, London. 2020.
Objects of Attention is two-part performance work, presented as an exhibition that offers visitors a chance to observe the choreography of the body in relation to space, time, light, and sound.
Four main situations are examined over time; sitting, walking, standing, and complete stillness. The performing bodies are in constant movement. The objects on display strive to slow things down, to ponder as to the roles of choreography and visual culture have in our everyday lives.
Perhaps by staying in such a space, over time, will be able to re-imagine or re-organize the particularities of our behavior. To video

More about RESET practice
RESET is a music-driven somatic movement
practice founded by Galit Criden during the
COVID-19 pandemic to reconnect people to their
bodies, regulate the nervous system, and release
stuck energy through wild, flowing movement.
As a practice RESET invites you to move
through life exactly as it is—not by escaping
the chaos, but by welcoming it into your body.
It embraces imperfections and shifts as part
of the process, helping you move with them,
through them, and beyond them. In what may
feel like climbing a mountain, RESET begins
with deep listening, it builds into rhythm,
reaches flow and wild movement, and gently
descends into rest. RESET becomes a way to
carry yourself through whatever you're facing.
Whether you're seeking strength and balance
in your body, personal growth, confidence,
clarity, or simply a sense of joy.
Born during the COVID-19 pandemic, RESET
was created by Galit Criden in response to a
growing sense of disconnection. At a time
when the world and many traditional ways
of moving no longer made sense, something
simple and powerful became clear: Movement is
for everybody. It’s as natural as walking and
listening. It should always be available to you.
From this understanding, RESET was shaped
by three guiding principles:
→ Listen to the body.
→ Embrace what is.
→ Move with curiosity and joy.
Who is it for?
RESET is for anyone seeking to reconnect
with their body—whether you're new to dance,
returning after a long break, or an experienced
mover looking to expand improvisation skills.
It offers space to experience freedom, intensity,
imagination, and flow in a welcoming, inclusive
environment. Sessions support people navigating:
Burnout/Stress/Chronic illness or fatigue/Parkinson’s
Major life transitions/Leadership responsibilities
or simply a desire to feel more alive.
